Where are you located?

We are located in Queanbeyan NSW. You will be emailed the pickup location once your booking is confirmed.

How do I make a booking?

All bookings are booked and paid through the website. If you need something that isn't displayed, please email for a quote.

I've found what I want to hire, but the system won't let me book it

If the gear is available, it can be hired online. If there is no availability for that date, you won't be able to book the equipment.

Can I come and have a look at the equipment?

We don't have a shopfront. What you see on the website, is what you get! But note, dry hire equipment is not intended for corporate events. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date are non-refundable. However, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the hire date will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.  Check our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What time can I pick up and return the equipment?

We are open 7 days a week. 

  • Pick up from 11am
  • Returns by 10am Fri & Sat, 4pm Sundays, 12pm for all other days of your selected return date.

Earlier pick up times or later returns may be possible - just email us in advance and we'll let you know if it's possible.
